Another collection of war poetry that I have read and enjoyed where the poet is capable of transporting me as the reader back to these places Favorite poems were Shots; Theatre of War; Morning Commute; 4th of July; Tightroping Trucks; Radio; Shortly Thereafter; Kill Count Especially like his closing comments notes I hope that my voice can serve as proxy to those vets who are still seeking their own and that through my writing and their own our veterans can gain an understanding which they can then pass on to those who have not been through it One of the better collections of poetry I have read this year I've read about 15 20 collections of poetry so far in 2016
